Summary: Participates in the preparation foods by performing the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
- Make all salsas
- Make all dressings and sauces
- Prepare and marinate chicken
- Trim and filet steak
- Prepare marinade for shrimp
- Prepare and shred cheese
- Make black and pinto beans
- Make rice
- Make guacamole
- Prepare and cut all lettuce
- Cut tortillas to made into chips
- Prepare taquito filling mixture
- Wash dishes
- Ensure that all foods meets quality and preparation standards.
- Maintain Back of the House (BOH) cleanliness and Walk-in refrigerator organization
- Handle all receiving, food quality inspection and assist in ordering process

Education/Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Must read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and have the ability to effectively discuss information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees of the organization.
Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: None required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None required.
