Recently, we introduced a several new features that give our customers and specialists more control, transparency and visibility into available work. Here they are:
More Control with Deletable/Editable Templates
When a template becomes outdated, users can easily remove them and create new ones. If you have a new on-site contact, uniform needs change, the meeting location has been updated or any other shift detail needs to be adjusted, you can quickly either edit or completely delete individual templates. For users, this means faster and easier ordering and for specialists, it means the most up-to-date shift information will be at their fingertips.
Improved Transparency into Roster Changes
Users will now be notified when last-minute (within 12 hours of the shift start time) roster changes occur. This increased transparency means you’ll immediately be notified when a Specialist drops a shift and be alerted that the shift has been redistributed into our marketplace. With this improved visibility, you’re equipped to make more agile staffing decisions.
Shift Previews now available
We recently enhanced our app so prospective and active Specialists can see the types of opportunities available in their area. Even when they’re not logged in to the app, they’ll get a preview of available work. Specialists can enter their location and will see opportunities within a 60 mile radius including the position, experience required, responsibilities and the average pay rate. This new feature means that our customers’ available shifts are distributed to an even wider net of specialists.
