Feature Focus: Improving Specialist Communication

At Shiftgig, we’re invested in developing solutions that create a great experience for those looking to work when they want, where they want. In the next few months, you’ll see app enhancements that improve the Specialist experience. We recently made a few updates to better our communication with our Specialists, detailed below.

The Reliability Score

We’ve temporarily removed the reliability score and will soon replace it with an upgraded tool to show your performance with Shiftgig. The new feature will offer better visibility and feedback on how you can improve on shifts.

In the meantime, you’ll see your personal profile (right) in place of the reliability score (left), which should make updating your contact information easier than ever.

Application and Onboarding

Recently we transitioned our application from shiftgig.com solely to the mobile app. Now if you’re looking for flexible, on-demand work (or have friends whom you want to refer), you simply need to download the Shiftgig app and create a profile. Additionally, there will be real-time notifications updating you on the application process and next steps. We did this to increase transparency on our onboarding process, and improve our communication with our candidates.
